INGREDIENTS for APPLE WINE

3 Kg (6½lb)

Apples

250 ml

White Grape Concentrate

Teaspoon Citric Acid

Packet Super Enzyme

Vinkwik Wine Yeast

Teaspoon Yeast Nutrient

1Kg Sugar
