INGREDIENTS for ELDERBERRY WINE

1½Kg (3½lb)

Elderberries

250 ml

Red Grape Concentrate

Teaspoons Citric Acid

Packet Super Enzyme

Vinkwik Wine Yeast

Teaspoon Yeast Nutrient

1Kg Sugar
