INFECTION
A wine is said to be infected when it is contaminated by an unwanted organism

ISINGLASS
This is the most popular wine fining available as a powder or liquid.
It is derived from the air or swim bladders of fresh water fish and then cut with sulphite making it into a fine suspension simple to treat cloudy wines.

JAR
This is usually the common name for a 4.5 litre (1 gallon) demijohn.

JUICE
The liquid obtained by crushing fruit.
