Should the wine not have fermented out completely, a secondary fermentation can take place in bottles. This is where a slight haze would appear or corks blowing from wine bottles and sediment showing in the bottom of
bottles. The cause for this is that normally that 1 campden tablet and one stabiliser tablet have not been added to each gallon of finished wine.
Transfer the wine into a clean demijohn leaving all sediment behind and add a campden tablet and 1 potassium sorbate tablet. Leave for a few days in a warm place under airlock protection.
