Title: Good starting beer book
Post by collide on Jun 19th, 2020 at 4:02pm
Hey, I have fermented a fair amount of juices and kits and an curious about trying my first beer, I am going to do a kit soon! Can anyone here recommend any books similar to cjj Berry's first steps in winemaking to help me understand the process and science behind beer making?
Sorry if this has been asked and answered a million times!

Dave Lines Beers like you buy is brilliant and is a great starter, I just love the Tiger Beer recipe. ;)

Just ordered both! I'm supposed to be avoiding Amazon but it's too convenient when you live on an island! I'm excited!

So I've fallen down the all grain hole.... Ive been doing BIAB in 25 litre batches and really getting some good results, I tried 23 litres of an all grain kit called "table beer" which was all right but I'm getting better results using brewfathers styles and making up my own recipes. Just between me and you all, I am in the early stages of setting up a nano brewery over here.... Fingers crossed
