What do you think, 2 litres per gallon?

Morrison's Grape, Apple and Raspberry Juice
Wgj from concentrate 40%
Apple juice from concentrate 40%
Rgj from concentrate 10%
Raspberry puree from concentrate 10%

I've made it a few times-it's a bit thin. I'm just trying one with a can of RGC added.

Spot on Justin 50% grape juice + other fruit, 2lts is good for a gallon + 800g sugar etc, not a mix to make a strong wine but ideal for a light table wine of 9-10%, as Sue says "a bit thin" (if you add too much sugar) but RGC would add more body. Wink

Relaxed now.  Thinking of making Fizz, just to keep the adrenaline up.

Added 800g as you suggested OB got a reading of 1.094, would you finish it sweet?

I made my last batch of 3 gallons of the above using 3 litres juice per gallon, 1 teabag and a total of 2.4kg of sugar. Fermented down to 0.992 and bottled once clear. It's made a lovely stock wine and anything but thin! Great to make when hedgerow fruits are hard to come by.
