White bits floating
Jun 10th, 2017 at 8:48am

Not sure how to add a photo but I've racked and cleared a peach wow and am about to rack again.  I've got little white flecks floating on top.  It smells ok but obviously ruins the presentation.  Not had this on the last one I made.  Any ideas what it is or how to get rid?  Huh

There's hardly any floaters to be honest now.  I'll do the above though.  Is it still drink able pretty much straight away?

Justin, Assuming that you used peach juice/peach drink as per Wow, when clear you could drink it but it would be better if aged a little. Wink
